Singer songwriter Noan Partly delivered dexterous fingerstyle instrumentation coupled with lucid resonant vocal stylings all percolated between sultry focus and spritely soulful grooves, earning her first place in this year’s LEAF NewSong Music Performance & Songwriting Competition and advancing her to the final showcase

As our LEAF winner, Noan will advance to the final showcase presented by Citizen Vinyl in downtown Asheville on December 4, alongside early bird finalist Jeremy Parsons and the remaining 6 finalists soon be announced!
